目的:建立龙骨颈椎片中士的宁的HPLC测定方法。方法:色谱柱为岛津C_(18)(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.01mol·L~(-1)三乙胺溶液(用磷酸调PH为2.8)(13:87);流速为1.0ml·min~(-1),检测波长为260 nm。结果:士的宁在进样量0.13~0.64μg(r=0.999 9),范围内呈良好线性关系,平均回收率为97.6%,RSD为1.3%(n=5)。结论:方法简便、准确。可用于龙骨颈椎片的质量控制。
Objective: To establish HPLC method for determination of strychnine in keel cervical radiography. Method: The chromatographic column was Shimadzu C 18 (250mm×4.6mm, 5μm) and the mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.01mol·L -1 triethylamine solution (pH adjusted to 2.8 with phosphoric acid) (13:87) The flow rate was 1.0 ml·min -1 and the detection wavelength was 260 nm. RESULTS: Shilining showed a good linear relationship within the range of 0.13 to 0.64 μg (r=0.999 9) for sample injection. The average recovery was 97.6% and the RSD was 1.3% (n=5). Conclusion: The method is simple and accurate. It can be used for the quality control of keel cervical vertebrae.
