目的建立饮用水化学处理剂聚合氯化铝及硫酸铁中砷、硒、汞、镉、铬、铅和银7种元素的电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)快速测定法,并测定聚合氯化铝和硫酸铁中上述7种元素的含量。方法在聚合氯化铝、硫酸铁样品中加入一定量的纯水溶解,加入硝酸后超声水浴1 h,以钪(Sc)、钇(Y)、铟(In)、铋(Bi)作为在线内标消除基体效应对测定的影响,用ICP-MS法快速测定样品中砷、硒、汞、镉、铬、铅和银7种元素。结果 7种元素在0~50.0μg/L范围内线性良好,相关系数均大于0.999,检出限为0.05~0.96μg/L,各元素的加标回收率在90.1%~106.4%,相对标准偏差1.6%~5.7%。在检测的40份样品中,砷、硒和铅有部分样品超出卫生规范限值的要求,其中铅元素超标最多。结论 ICP-MS法操作简单快速、灵敏度高、科学准确,可用于饮用水化学处理剂硫酸铁和聚合氯化铝中多种元素同时测定。
Objective To establish an ICP-MS rapid determination method for seven kinds of arsenic, selenium, mercury, cadmium, chromium, lead and silver in polyaluminum chloride and ferric sulfate in drinking water and determine the content of polychlorinated biphenyl Aluminum and iron sulfate in the above seven elements content. Methods A certain amount of pure water was added into the samples of polyaluminum chloride and ferric sulfate to dissolve them. After adding nitric acid, ultrasonic bath was carried out for 1 h. Sc, Sc, In and Bi were taken as in-line The standard eliminates the effect of substrate effect on the determination of the sample by ICP-MS method for the determination of arsenic, selenium, mercury, cadmium, chromium, lead and silver seven kinds of elements. Results The linearity of the seven elements in the range of 0-50.0μg / L was good. The correlation coefficients were all greater than 0.999. The detection limits were 0.05-0.96μg / L. The spiked recoveries ranged from 90.1% to 106.4%. The relative standard deviations 1.6% ~ 5.7%. Of the 40 samples tested, some of the samples of arsenic, selenium and lead exceeded the hygiene standard limit, of which the lead exceeded the standard. Conclusion ICP-MS method is simple, rapid, sensitive and accurate. It can be used for the simultaneous determination of trace elements in drinking water chemical treatment agents such as ferric sulfate and polyaluminum chloride.
