采用聚吡咯/有机蒙脱土(PPy/OMMT)纳米复合材料作为导电添加剂,聚酰胺作固化剂,制备了水性环氧抗静电涂料。在导电添加剂用量仅为4%时,涂层电导率即达到3.2×10-8S/cm,而且在用量小于12%时,涂层的附着力、耐水性、冲击强度等物理力学性能均得到较好的保持。
Poly (pyrrole / organic montmorillonite) (PPy / OMMT) nanocomposites were used as conductive additives and polyamide as curing agent to prepare waterborne epoxy antistatic coatings.
