体育高考生训练中合理运用核心力量训练,能达到改进训练方法、提高学生身体素质、减少运动损伤的目的.在专家访谈、查阅文献资料的基础上,以16名参加2016年全国高等学校体育专业招生考试的学生为研究对象.通过实验法将他们分为对照组与实验组,分别采用传统力量训练和核心力量训练+传统力量训练的方法,经过为期12周的训练实践后得出结论:1两种训练方法都能促进体育高考生身体素质项目成绩的提高.24项身体素质项目成绩实验组比对照组提高幅度更大.3核心力量训练+传统力量训练比只采用传统力量训练对提高考生身体素质项目成绩效果更好.
