对国内外近期研究自主创新诱发机制的文献进行梳理和探讨。研究表明,促进企业自主创新的诱发因素既存在于企业内部,又存在于企业外部,同时内、外因素之间还存在一定的相互作用。通过研究,提出适合于研究我国本土企业在转型时期自主创新诱发机制的探索性研究框架,运用这一框架试图解决以下问题:(1)企业的内、外部分别存在哪些自主创新的诱因,这些诱因分别存在于企业内、外部的哪些层级;(2)企业的内、外部同一层级之间以及不同层级的自主创新的诱因之间关系如何;(3)企业自主创新的内、外部诱因如何分别通过自上而下和自下而上的方式构成本土企业自主创新的诱发机制,从而影响我国本土企业转型时期自主创新的战略选择。
The domestic and foreign recent studies on the mechanism of induced by independent innovation of the literature to sort out and explore. The research shows that the inducing factors that promote the independent innovation of enterprises exist both within the enterprise and outside the enterprise, and there is still some interaction between the internal and external factors. Through the research, this paper puts forward an exploratory research framework suitable for studying the inducing mechanism of indigenous innovation in the transitional period in our country. This framework attempts to solve the following problems: (1) What are the inducement of independent innovation in the internal and external of the enterprise, (2) What is the relationship between the internal and external levels of the enterprise and the inducement of independent innovation at different levels? (3) How are the internal and external incentives for independent innovation of enterprises Top-down and bottom-up approach constitute the inducement mechanism of local enterprises’ independent innovation, so as to affect the strategic choice of indigenous innovation during the transitional period in our country.
