随着我国经济的腾飞,各项事业取得了迅猛地发展和飞跃。其中,建筑业的发展也很迅猛,很快成为我国国民经济的一大支柱。随着经济的快速发展,建筑工程日益增多,工程进度、安全、成本是工程管理的几个重要组成部分,由此可见工程造价管理也是建设工程的核心内容之一。工程造价管理是一项综合的复杂的管理过程,牵涉的关节较多,应贯穿于整个建设工程中的,分为前期决策、设计、招投标、施工、竣工验收后评估等各个阶段。在实际建筑过程中,经常会出现概算超估算、预算超概算、结算超预算的问题。本文就实际建筑工程中各阶段应该注重的工程造价管理方面的问题谈谈自己的一些意见。

With the rapid economic development, more and more construction projects, project progress, safety, cost management of several important components, we can see that project cost management is one of the core construction projects. Project cost management is an integrated and complex management process involving more joints. It should be run through the entire construction project and be divided into stages of pre-decision-making, design, bidding and bidding, construction and post-acceptance assessment. In the actual construction process, there are often problems such as over estimation of budget estimates, over budget estimation and settlement over budget. This article talks about some opinions of our own about the problems of project cost management that should be paid attention in every stage of the actual construction project.
