随着房地产法律,法规和政策的逐步完善,北京的房地产市场正在向国内外投资者开放。北京申奥的成功以及CBD等综合性开发项目的推出,吸引了越来越多的海内外投资者通过各种方式在北京房地产领域进行投资。要投资房地产,这些投资者就必需面对采取何种投资方式投资房地产的问题。本文试图从法律角度对此加以分析并提出防范法律风险的建议。
With the gradual improvement of real estate laws, regulations and policies, the real estate market in Beijing is being opened to domestic and foreign investors. Beijing’s successful bid for the Olympic Games and the launch of a comprehensive development project such as the CBD have attracted more and more overseas and domestic investors to invest in the real estate industry in Beijing in various ways. To invest in real estate, these investors must face the issue of what kind of investment to invest in real estate. This article attempts to analyze this from a legal point of view and put forward proposals to guard against legal risks.
