采用低温包埋、胶体金标记、免疫电镜技术,进行了正常肝细胞和肝癌细胞内β-葡萄糖醛酸酶(β-Glucuronidase,β-G)的定位研究。结果表明,β-G存在于内质网,溶酶体和高尔基复合体内,同时观察到肝癌细胞中标记β-G的金颗粒数目多于正常肝细胞中的数目。对肝细胞癌的早期发现,早期诊断可能具有意义。
The localization of β-glucuronidase (β-G) in normal hepatocytes and hepatoma cells was studied using low temperature embedding, colloidal gold labeling, and immunoelectron microscopy. The results showed that β-G was present in the endoplasmic reticulum, lysosomes and Golgi complex. At the same time, the number of gold particles labeled with β-G in liver cancer cells was observed to be greater than that in normal liver cells. Early detection of hepatocellular carcinoma may have implications for early diagnosis.
