为了使制造单元能够加工新产品,使用新设备和新工艺,要求制造单元能够被快速地重构。单元控制系统必须具有更高的柔性才能适应这些要求。本文提出了模块化的可重构的基于资源模型的单元控制软件结构,提出了基于通用消息传递的控制系统通用模型。为了实现内部资源的通用部分,利用Petri网建立了内部资源的通用模型。
In order for manufacturing units to be able to process new products, new equipment and new processes are used, requiring the manufacturing unit to be quickly reconfigured. Unit control systems must be more flexible to meet these requirements. In this paper, a modular and reconfigurable unit control software architecture based on resource model is proposed, and a general control system based on universal message passing is proposed. In order to realize the common part of internal resources, a common model of internal resources is established by using Petri nets.
