本文用紫外分光光度法、薄层层析对人工栽培半夏、组培苗半夏及野生半夏进行了化学成分的定性对比分析,并用重量法对其总生物碱含量进行测定。结果表明:三者的水溶性成分的紫外吸收光谱、亲水性及亲脂性成分的薄层析图谱完全相同;总生物碱含量以栽培半夏(特别是组培苗半夏)较高。说明栽培半夏与野生半夏的质量基本相同。
In this paper, UV spectrophotometry, TLC analysis of artificial cultivation Pinellia, Pinellia ternata and wild Pinellia qualitative analysis of the chemical composition, and determination of its total alkaloid content by gravimetric method. The results showed that the UV absorbance spectra, hydrophilicity and lipophilic components of the three water soluble components were all the same. The content of total alkaloids was higher in the cultivated Pinellia ternata (especially the tissue culture seedlings Pinellia ternata). Description cultivation of Pinellia and wild Pinellia quality is basically the same.
