开展工会经审工作,实行民主监督,没有一套科学的、严格的管理制度和行之有效的方法,经审机构就形同虚设。为此,我们根据上级工会的部署,结合我市实际,建立和健全了经审工作制度。1.经审会议制度。市总经审会规定双月15日为经审活动日,学习文件,交换意见,研究工作,制定措施,开展工作。大中型厂矿工会经审会每季度开展一次经审活动,小型单位的经审会大多是一年两次学习、研究和布置工作。
There is no set of scientific and strict management systems and effective methods for carrying out the work of conducting cross-examination and inspection by the trade unions and implementing democratic supervision. To this end, we have established and perfected the system of interdependent work according to the deployment of higher-level trade unions and the reality of our city. 1. The system of auditions The Municipal People’s Procuratorate generally stipulates that on February 15, the trial day shall be the day of the trial, study documents, exchange opinions, research work, formulate measures and carry out work. The large and medium-sized factories and mines’ trade unions conduct quarterly audits on a quarterly basis. The audits of small units are mostly conducted twice a year for study, research and placement.
