中层干部的德才表现和工作业绩直接影响着高职院校的发展和竞争力。考核评价工作是加强中层干部队伍建设的重要内容。高职院校在中层干部考核评价工作中取得了一定的成绩,同时也存在着一些问题亟待解决。本文基于对辽宁省部分高职院校调研的基础上,以辽宁林业职业技术学院为例开展研究。在坚持客观公正、注重实绩和群众公认原则的基础上,通过建立考核评价指标体系、网上评价系统和奖惩机制来做好中层干部的考核评价工作。
The performance and work performance of middle-level cadres directly affect the development and competitiveness of higher vocational colleges. Assessment and evaluation work is an important part of strengthening the ranks of middle-level cadres. Higher vocational colleges have made some achievements in middle-level cadre appraisement and appraisal, and at the same time, some problems have to be solved urgently. Based on the investigation of some vocational colleges in Liaoning Province, this paper takes Liaoning Forestry Polytechnic as an example. On the basis of upholding the principles of objectivity and impartiality, performance-oriented performance and public recognition, the mid-level cadre appraisal and evaluation work should be well done through the establishment of an appraisal and evaluation index system, an online appraisal system and a rewards and punishments mechanism.
