行政问责制是深化行政体制改革、建设责任政府的一项重要制度举措。当前,我国行政问责制度建设取得一定成就,但仍存在不足。应当将行政问责纳入法治化轨道,充分发挥行政问责各主体的合力作用,不断丰富行政问责事由。 The system of administrative accountability is an important institutional measure to deepen the reform of the administrative system and build a responsible government. At present, China’s administrative accountability system has made some achievements, but there are still some shortcomings. The administrative accountability should be incorporated into the orbit of the rule of law, give full play to the synergistic role of all subjects of administrative accountability, and constantly enrich administrative accountability.
