继续沿用传统PS版的计算机直接制版技术(CTP)对于我国的印刷包装行业具有特殊重要的意义。本文利用占空比可调的脉冲射频低温等离子体电源激励氮气等离子体,通过测量辐射光功率密度,从不同占空比、射频功率、气压等方面研究了等离子体光源的发光特性,在入射功率61W,占空比54.5%,气压550Pa条件下获得了256μW/cm2的蓝紫光输出,可以满足PS版感光的要求。最后给出了利用本光源使PS版感光的结果。
Continue to use the traditional PS version of the computer to plate technology (CTP) for China’s printing and packaging industry has a special significance. In this paper, a pulsed RF low-temperature plasma power source with adjustable duty cycle is used to excite nitrogen plasma. By measuring the power density of radiant light, the luminescent properties of the plasma light source are studied from different duty cycles, RF power and pressure. 61W, duty cycle 54.5%, under the pressure of 550Pa obtained 256μW / cm2 blue-violet output, to meet the PS version of the photosensitive requirements. Finally, the use of the light source to make the PS version of the light-sensitive results.
