随着城市化进程的推进,朝汉双语教育面临着各种挑战。东北三省散居区26所朝鲜族中小学的实地调查显示,目前散居区朝汉双语教育继续稳步发展,“民汉兼通”的双语教育目标逐渐向“双语双文化”教育目标深入。因此,立足于社会变迁和民族文化生态环境,才能客观地分析和解读新时期朝汉双语教育的特征。
As the process of urbanization progresses, bilingual education in both North and South Korea faces various challenges. A field survey of 26 ethnic Korean primary and secondary schools in the scattered areas of northeast China shows that the current bilingual education in North Korea and China in the diaspora has continued to develop steadily. The bilingual education goal of “both the people and the common people” has gradually moved toward the goal of bilingual education . Therefore, based on the social changes and the ecological environment of national culture, can we objectively analyze and interpret the characteristics of bilingual education in the new era.
