目的观察环氧乙烷气体灭菌及保存环境对无菌包保存期限的影响。方法将960个无菌包,根据其大小、性质、轻重分别用不同规格的纸塑胶袋包装密封用环氧乙烷气体灭菌,出炉后立即送检128个包做细菌培养,其余832个包随机分为四组每组208个,分别存放于供应室无菌间物品存放架及病区一楼、二楼、四楼的专用无菌物品存放柜保存2年,于灭菌后第3、6、9、12、15、18、21、24个月每组每次随机抽取26个包送细菌培养;同时观察记录各组室内温度、相对湿度变化。结果不同保存区域、不同温湿度(21.31~25.28℃;58.88%~69.83%)、不同时段送检的692个无菌包(因丢失、外包装损坏的140个视为无效包,不计算在内)均无细菌生长。结论医院环氧乙烷气体灭菌包在不同保存区域、不同温湿度的条件下可无菌保存2年。
Objective To observe the influence of ethylene oxide gas sterilization and storage environment on the shelf life of aseptic packages. Methods A total of 960 aseptic packages were sterilized with ethylene oxide gas according to their size, nature and lightness, respectively, with different sizes of paper and plastic bags. After the oven was baked, 128 packages were tested for bacterial culture and the remaining 832 packages Were randomly divided into four groups of 208 each, were stored in the supply room sterile goods storage rack and ward on the first floor, second floor, fourth floor dedicated sterile storage cabinet for 2 years, after sterilization in the first 3, 6, 9, 12, 15, 18, 21, 24 months each group randomly selected 26 packets to send bacterial culture; the same time, observe and record each group of indoor temperature and relative humidity changes. Conclusion The hospital ethylene oxide gas sterilization package in different preservation areas, different temperature and humidity conditions can be sterile stored for 2 years.
