“江南诸师秘仲景要方不传”，此话始见于孙思邈《备急千金要方》卷第九“伤寒上”之末段。近现代学者———主要是中国医学史专家，往往以此为根据，断定孙思邈著《备急千金要方》之时，还没有见过张仲景《伤寒论》。笔者以为，这是对孙氏此语的一种误解，是完全站不住脚的。 “The masters of the South of the Jiangnan secret seclusion did not pass.” This statement was first seen in the last paragraph of Sun Sze-su’s “Prepare for Thousand Gold Prescriptions” volume ninth “Typhoid fever”. Modern and contemporary scholars, mainly Chinese medical history experts, often use this as a basis to conclude that when Sun Sizhuo reads “Prepare for Thousand Gold and Solve the Fear”, he has not yet seen Zhang Zhongjing’s “Treatise on Febrile Diseases.” The author believes that this is a misunderstanding of Sun’s language and is totally untenable.
