在本次项目设计过程中,主要在黄土地作为地基,建设大底盘超高层的建筑、裙房以及地下室,因此,需要做好桩筏基础设计,控制好沉降变形,保证整体结构的稳定性,从而实现基础反力与荷载分布保持协调,提升单桩的承载能力,最大限度的控制好沉降。
In the project design process, the main land is the loess ground. The building, podium and basement with large chassis are built. Therefore, it is necessary to design the pile raft foundation, control the settlement and deformation and ensure the stability of the whole structure. In order to achieve the basic reaction and load distribution to maintain coordination, enhance the carrying capacity of single pile, the maximum control of the settlement.
