目的探讨银丹心脑通软胶囊联合前列地尔治疗急性脑梗死患者的疗效。方法选取2015年9月至2016年9月辽宁省盘锦市盘山县人民医院收治的78例急性脑梗死患者为研究对象,将患者按随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组39例。对照组患者给予前列地尔,观察组患者在对照组基础上服用银丹心脑通软胶囊,观察两组患者治疗效果和治疗前后神经功能缺损评分。结果观察组患者治疗的总有效率和症状改善情况均明显优于常规治疗的对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05),且两组患者不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论采用银丹心脑通软胶囊联合前列地尔治疗急性脑梗死安全有效,能明显改善急性脑梗死患者的临床症状,对提高患者生命质量具有积极意义。
Objective To investigate the curative effect of Yin Dan Xin Naotong soft capsule combined with alprostadil in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods Seventy-eight acute cerebral infarction patients admitted to Panshan County People’s Hospital, Panjin City, Liaoning Province from September 2015 to September 2016 were selected as subjects. Patients were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method, with 39 cases in each group . Control group patients were given alprostadil, observation group patients on the basis of the control group taking Yin Dan Xin Nao Tong soft capsules, the treatment effect of two groups were observed before and after treatment and neurological deficit score. Results The total effective rate and symptom improvement of observation group were significantly better than that of routine treatment group (all P <0.05), and there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between two groups P> 0.05). Conclusion Yin Dan Xin Nao Tong soft capsules combined with alprostadil in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction safe and effective, can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with acute cerebral infarction, to improve the quality of life of patients with positive.
