分析了工程截桩现象对管桩截桩端部截面抗剪承载力的影响,提出了在截桩端部围裹粘贴CFRP的增强措施,分析了受围裹约束的管桩混凝土强度的提高机理,给出了适用于工程的抗剪承载力计算公式,并结合常用桩型试算验证了截桩端部抗剪承载力的提高效果。结果表明,对于几种常用规格的PHC管桩,当剪跨比介于1.0~3.0之间时,截桩造成截桩端部抗剪承载力的损失率约在25%~37%之间,应采取专门加固措施,而采用单层CFRP围裹加固后的截桩端部抗剪承载力提高幅度可达到43.4%~100%,加固效果良好。
The effect of engineering pile-cutting on the end-section shear resistance of pipe pile is analyzed. The reinforcement measures of CFRP around the end of pile are put forward. The improvement mechanism of the concrete strength of the pipe pile constrained by the enclosure is analyzed The calculation formula of shear capacity which is suitable for engineering is given, and the effect of improving the shear capacity at end of pile is verified with the common test of pile type. The results show that for several commonly used PHC pipe piles, when the shear span ratio is between 1.0 and 3.0, the loss rate of the shear capacity at the end of the pile caused by the cut pile is about 25% -37% Special reinforcement measures should be taken while the shear strength at the end of the pile subjected to single-layer CFRP reinforcement can be increased by 43.4% -100% and the reinforcement effect is good.
