我院由于是肿瘤专科,所以麻醉药品在品种、数量上比其它综合医院都多,而且由于病人病情不同用药情况也复杂,因此在我院既要按照《麻醉药品管理办法》管理麻醉药品,又要真正使癌症病人减轻疼痛,提高生活质量,因而管好用好麻醉药品尤为重要。从我院麻醉药品管理使用的实践中体会到只有采取下列措施才能做好这一工作。一、《按麻醉药品管理办法》做好药房的麻醉药品管理要做到依法管药,必须人人懂法,针对我科年轻人较多这一特点,我们定期组织全科各类人员认真学习《麻醉药品管理办法》,并进行必要考核,使依法管药的思想在每个人脑中
