As a major step forward towards a community with a shared future for mankind， China will， according to the 19th CPC National Congress report， work with other countries on a new model of international relations that is based upon mutual respect， fairness， justice， and cooperation for the benefit of all. The community with a shared future， as is promised， aims at a peaceful， secure， prosperous， open， inclusive， clean， and beautiful world.
　　Today， the old zero-sum game is out there again as the result of a “sense of insecurity” that is creeping in worldwide， posing great danger to all humanity. China supports the co-existence of multiple civilizations， as it’s seen as the foundation of common progress. In 2018， as a supporter of multilateralism， the country took concrete measures to build partnerships across national boundaries.
　　In the future， to play its role in global governance better， China will， as expected， strive to be an active participant in the reform of the global governance system， holding to the principle of achieving shared growth through discussion and cooperation. It will also offer more constructive solutions in the political settlement of regional and international complexities， and work more effectively with other parties in dealing with global challenges. China is determined to be a keeper of world peace， a contributor of global development， and an upholder of the international order.
