1935-1949年,食盐问题被高度重视和关注。一方面,贵州省各级政府对盐务问题十分重视,盐务管理制度之多,缉私之严远远胜于当今;而另一方面贵州各民族却仍饱受盐贵淡食之苦。初步研究该时期贵州民族地区盐贵淡食问题,有利于挖掘地方历史文化资源,了解近代贵州民族地区生活状况,并为当前深度推进西部大开发提供历史参考。
From 1935 to 1949, the issue of salt was given high priority and attention. On the one hand, the governments at all levels in Guizhou Province attach great importance to the issue of salt affairs. As many salt management systems and anti-smuggling laws are far more serious than those nowadays; on the other hand, Guizhou’s ethnic groups are still suffering from salt and light food. A preliminary study on the problem of salt and light food in Guizhou ethnic areas during this period is conducive to excavating local historical and cultural resources and understanding the living conditions in the ethnic minority areas in Guizhou in the modern times and providing historical references for further deepening the development of the western region at present.
