羌族饮食文化的开发,不仅可以提升羌族地区的经济效益,也能使羌族地区的饮食文化得到很好的传承发展。本文通过对四川羌族饮食文化资源开发中的问题分析,提出了针对性的开发原则、对策,希望对四川羌族饮食文化旅游资源开发提供帮助。
The development of the Qiang food culture can not only enhance the economic benefits of the Qiang region, but also make the food culture in the Qiang ethnic region well inherited and developed. Based on the analysis of the problems in the development of dietary and cultural resources of Qiang nationality in Sichuan province, this paper puts forward the principles and countermeasures for the development of Qiang nationality and proposes to help Qiang people develop the tourism resources of Qiang culture and food in Sichuan.
