分析了冲击与摩擦耦合作用下Q235钢的磨合过程。研究表明在冲击与摩擦耦合作用下,随着Q235钢试件表面形貌和粗糙度的不断变化,试件间的实际接触面积不断改变,试件的磨损也相应变化;采用特征粗糙度分形参数对表面形貌的变化进行表征时比传统的表面粗糙度参数Ra具有更高的灵敏性。
The running-in process of Q235 steel under impact and friction coupling was analyzed. The results show that with the coupling of impact and friction, with the changing of the surface morphology and roughness of the Q235 steel specimen, the actual contact area between the specimens changes constantly and the wear of the specimen changes accordingly.
