每当人们漫步在一些小城市及县镇时,第一感觉就是建设速度大大加快,许多新落成的大楼临街而立。让人遗憾的是,在人行道上、慢车道上、主街道上,都停满了自行车及汽车。由于停车占道,许多人只好步行在主街道上。这些,正是小城市及县镇在做规划时忽视了停车泊位的后果。 它同时使人想起住宅小区建设中停车泊位的规划问题。以前的规划,往往在这方面欠作考虑,乃至一些比较上档次的住宅小区,也出现了泊车难的问题。一些小车无泊位,胡乱停放在道路边;一些串门作客的自行车,也只好零散地
