通过以乌鲁木齐市田字路二期工程为例对于工程施工过程中施工交通进行组织分流,并采用OD反推法对交通流进行预测,就施工影响前后的交通量增长情况、施工区域周边道路分流状态及其行车速度进行对比分析。结合该地区交通流特点,提出工程沿线主干道施工期间交通拥堵等级,并对该工程周边的主干线实施施工组织分流前后的道路拥挤状况进行评价和变化状态分析,结果表明分阶段的交通组织分流方案有效地降低了拥堵状况,最大可能提高了受施工影响的交通效率。
Taking Urumqi Tianzi Road Phase II project as an example, the traffic diversion during the construction process of the project is carried out. The traffic flow is forecasted by using the OD inversion method. The traffic volume growth before and after construction impact, State and driving speed comparative analysis. According to the characteristics of the traffic flow in the area, the traffic congestion level during the construction of main road along the project is put forward, and the road congestion status before and after the construction of the main road around the project is evaluated and analyzed.
