青年员工是农行改革发展的生力军,如何更好地掌握和了解青年员工的思想动态,增强激励和管理的针对性和有效性,已成为摆在各级管理者面前的重要课题。本文从80、90后特殊的成长背景着手,通过大量的访谈调研,分析提炼了80、90后青年员工的思想特质以及不同行龄段青年员工的期望与诉求,并结合当前青年员工思想政治工作的瓶颈问题,提出了加强与改进新时期青年员工思想政治工作的措施和路径。
Young employees are the new force in the reform and development of ABC. How to better understand and understand the dynamic trends of young employees and enhance the pertinence and effectiveness of their motivation and management has become an important issue for managers at all levels. After 80,90 years of special growth background, through a lot of interviews and research, this paper analyzes the ideological characteristics of 80, 90 young employees and the expectations and demands of young employees of different age groups. Based on the current ideological and political work of young employees, The bottleneck problem, put forward measures and ways to strengthen and improve the ideological and political work of young employees in the new era.
