安徽省水利学会 1.为了讨论佛子岭水库连拱坝加高加固工程中新浇混凝土与坝垛原有垛墙隔墙结合成整体问题,本会施工与建材专业学组会同省水利设计院、省水利建筑安装公司、省水利科研所、佛子岭水电站等单位于1981—1983年召开过三次佛子岭水库加固混凝土温度控制补偿收缩学术讨论会,会议建议采取综合措施处理.除采用优化级配、控制入仓温度、掺加木钙、粉煤灰等外,还建议掺加明矾石膨胀剂补偿收缩以及在混凝土面上涂刷高分子粘合剂.为了试验明矾石膨胀剂应用于水工大体积混凝土中的条件,曾进行了室内试验,找出了合适的剂量,并在现场进行了掺加和不掺加的对比试验,各浇混凝土25米~3,进行了4个月的对比观测.据观测资料:掺加10％膨胀剂的在120天龄期时可以减少干缩50％左右,膨胀后对隔墙产生的应力不超过2公斤/厘米~2.高分子粘合剂进行了丙烯酸酯共聚乳液、丁苯胶乳、环氧树脂等室内试验,试验认为环氧树脂在施工工艺、粘合效果等方面较优越.
