目的分析老年带状疱疹后遗痛(PHN)的临床特点,总结其易患因素及综合治疗方法。方法回顾性分析神经内科23例PHN患者的临床资料。结果 23例PHN患者,14例患者疼痛明显缓解,睡眠时间较入院时明显增加;5例患者疼痛轻度缓解;4例患者疼痛较治疗前无明显缓解。结论急性期不规范治疗和高龄是PHN易发因素,综合治疗对PHN患者具有良好疗效。
Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics of elderly herpes zoster hemorrhage (PHN) and summarize the predisposing factors and the comprehensive treatment. Methods The clinical data of 23 patients with PHN in neurology department were analyzed retrospectively. Results In 23 PHN patients, 14 patients relieved pain significantly and their sleep time was significantly higher than that at admission. Pain relief was mild in 5 patients and pain relief in 4 patients was not obvious. Conclusions Acute non-standard treatment and advanced age are the risk factors for PHN. Comprehensive treatment has a good effect on patients with PHN.
