目的了解中医院儿科住院患者医院感染发生情况,为控制儿科医院感染提供依据。方法采用回顾性调查的方法对该医院儿科8125例次住院病人进行了调查。结果该医院儿科2005～2008年住院病人共计8125例次,发生医院感染464例,感染率为5.7%。感染病儿主要集中在3岁以下婴幼儿,其中围产儿和婴儿感染率最高。结论中医院儿科住院患者医院感染率相对较高,以新生儿和婴儿感染为主,提示作为重点防控人群。
Objective To understand the prevalence of nosocomial infections in pediatric inpatients in the hospital of Chinese medicine and to provide basis for controlling pediatric nosocomial infections. Methods A retrospective survey of pediatric patients in the hospital 8125 inpatients were investigated. Results The hospital pediatric 2005 to 2008 a total of 8125 cases of inpatients, 464 cases of hospital infection, the infection rate was 5.7%. Infants infected mainly concentrated in infants under 3 years of age, of which perinatal and infantile infection rates. Conclusions The prevalence of hospital infection in pediatric inpatients in TCM hospitals is relatively high, mainly in neonates and infants, suggesting that they should be the key prevention and control people.
