目的分析温州地区2008—2013年手足口病流行特征和病原谱。方法分析温州地区近六年手足口发病特征和病原的构成谱,并对分离到的21株EV71危重症手足口病病毒的VP1(891bp)基因进行测序,利用MEGA 5.1进化树软件构建系统进化树。结果温州地区手足口病71.46%由EV71型引起,重症病例高达94.12%;发病年龄集中在0~5岁,1~3岁的EV71阳性病例占75.38%;以龙湾区、鹿城区、瓯海区和瑞安市阳性率最高。而Cox A16型以洞头县最高,平阳县次之。发病时间主要集中在5—7月,但2012年12月、2013年1月和2009年11—12月出现发病小高峰。VP1基因进化分析,EV71流行毒株为C4a亚型,与中国大陆近年来流行株高度同源。结论温州地区近六年手足口病病原以EV71型为主,基因分型为C4a亚型。
Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics and pathogenic spectrum of HFMD in Wenzhou from 2008 to 2013. METHODS: The incidence of hand, foot and mouth disease in Wenzhou area in the past six years were analyzed. The VP1 (891bp) gene of 21 EV71 critically ill hand-foot-mouth disease virus was sequenced. The phylogenetic tree was constructed by MEGA 5.1 software. . Results 71.46% of HFMD cases in Wenzhou were caused by EV71 type, with severe cases reaching 94.12%. The age of onset of HFMD was 0-5 years old, accounting for 75.38% of the EV71 positive cases at 1-3 years old. In Longwan, Lucheng, Ouhai And Ruian City, the highest positive rate. Cox A16 is the highest in Dongtou County, followed by Pingyang County. The onset time mainly concentrated in May-July, but in December 2012, January 2013 and November-December 2009 onset of onset of small peak. VP1 gene evolution analysis, EV71 epidemic strains C4a subtype, and mainland China in recent years, highly homologous strains. Conclusion The EV71 phenotype was the most common pathogen of HFMD in Wenzhou in the past six years and the genotype was C4a subtypes.
