我厂于1985年4月15日开始使用高碱度烧结矿,碱度为1.55±0.1。与使用碱度为1.1左右的烧结矿相比,焦比下降30kg/t·铁,产量提高10%,年经济效益达420万元,为我厂近几年来最显著和最大的增产节能措施。一、我厂炉料结构演变我厂三座高炉(容积550m~3)从1972年5月投产开始至1975年4月期间使用100%原矿冶炼,以符山矿为主,其它是固镇、河西等杂矿,含铁42~45%,含硫平均0.5%左右。符山矿含硫最高月平均0.96%,致使产生大量高硫号外,生铁合格率仅76.7%。1975年4月开始使用烧结矿,至1984年
