目的研究一种以六亚甲基四胺和苯扎溴铵为杀菌成分的空气消毒液杀菌效果及其他消毒相关性能。方法采用模拟现场和现场空气消毒试验和动物试验及理化分析方法,对该消毒液性能进行了试验观察。结果以总活性物浓度为9 180 mg/L的该空气消毒液在20 m3的气雾室内按20 ml/m3用量,用气溶胶喷雾器喷雾消毒作用15 min,对气雾室空气中人工染白色葡萄球菌的平均消除率均达99.9%以上。按相同用量用气溶胶喷雾器喷雾消毒作用30 min,对现场普通房间空气中自然菌的平均消除率为95.28%。该空气消毒液对小鼠急性经口毒性试验LD50值>5 000 mg/kg(体重),急性吸入毒性LC50值>10 000 mg/m3·2 h。均属无毒级;对小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞结果阴性。该消毒液原液对家兔完整皮肤和眼黏膜刺激试验评分为0。结论该复方季铵盐空气消毒液对空气中细菌繁殖体具有较好的杀菌效果,属于无毒级物质,对完整皮肤和眼黏膜无刺激性。
