由于施工企业营运资金周转率低、施工周期长,并且近年来我国政府加大了对建筑市场的宏观调控,企业自身特点加之外部经济环境,使得我国很多施工企业都纷纷陷入了财务困境,面临着一定的财务风险。基于此,本文立足于施工企业,围绕其财务风险的类型与形成原因,对施工企业如何防范与控制财务风险提出几点自己的认识。
