7月28日,广州中级人民法院,广州东方宾馆和卢俊雄所有的东方时代广场合同纠纷案判决日。卢俊雄的大小债主上百人坐满了法庭,被告卢俊雄没有到庭,冗长的判决书使人昏昏欲睡。而东方时代广场最大的个人租户、此案中最大的个人债主郝建国,始终瞪大双眼,盯着法官。两年多来,因为卢俊雄的失踪,这场官司变成了马拉松,1996年一次性交给卢俊雄210多万租金的港商郝建国自然成了众多租户的“头”。代表106家租户6000多万租金奔走于法院、政府、东方宾馆和卢氏的华隆公司之间。在广州,卢俊雄的名气一度膨胀。
