中辽旧际公司1981年11月3日成立至今已经十年了。十年来,在经贸部和省委、省政府的领导下,坚持“积极开拓,稳步发展,深化改革,注重效益”的经营指导思想,经过全体职工艰苦奋斗,已经取得了初步的成果。我们先后与30多个国家和地区签订承包、劳务和其它合作项目141个,合同总额达3.4亿多美元,营业额2.3亿美元。派出劳务人员6000人次,为辽宁的经济发展作出了贡献。公司自身已由初创时的单纯窗口型公司,发展成为一个拥有一定规模固定资产,自我积累不断扩大,有自己的企业这样一个窗口管理经营型的大型经济实
It has been ten years since the establishment of the Zhong Liao Old Company on November 3, 1981. In the past decade, under the leadership of the Ministry of Economy, Trade and the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Government, we have adhered to the management guiding ideology of “proactively developing, steadily developing, deepening reforms, and focusing on benefits”. Through the hard work of all employees, we have achieved preliminary results. We have signed contracts, labor services and other cooperation projects with more than 30 countries and regions, with a total contract value of more than 340 million U.S. dollars and a turnover of 230 million U.S. dollars. It dispatched 6,000 service personnel and made contributions to the economic development of Liaoning. The company itself has grown from a simple window-based company when it was first established to a large-scale economic operation with a certain scale of fixed assets.
