通过内路法将分离后的有色兔ＲＰＥ细胞移植到无色兔眼的视网膜下腔，共完成１０只兔（２０只眼）的实验手术，分术后２天（２只眼）、１０天（６只眼）、２０天（６只眼）、４０天（４只眼）及９０天（２只眼）５个不同观察组，结果表明移植的ＲＰＥ细胞２天后未完全贴伏于Ｂｒｕｃｈ膜上，术后１０天则紧密贴伏其上并形成单细胞层。术后４０天移植的ＲＰＥ细胞与视网膜神经层形成相嵌结构。术后９０天移植细胞内有吞噬消化的外节盘膜，提示移植细胞正在行使其新陈代谢的功能。ＲＰＥ移植成功，为进一步研究移植ＲＰＥ细胞的生长、功能及免疫反应，并为临床应用奠定基础。
The isolated rabbit RPE cells were transplanted into the subretinal space of colorless rabbit eyes by intra-procedural method. A total of 10 rabbits (20 eyes) were performed experimental surgery, 2 days (2 eyes), 10 days (6 eyes), 20 days (6 eyes), 40 days (4 eyes) and 90 days (2 eyes). The results showed that the transplanted RPE cells did not completely adhere to Bruch’s membrane after 2 days On the 10th postoperative day, they were closely attached to and form a single cell layer. RPE cells transplanted 40 days after surgery with the retinal nerve layer to form phase-embedded structure. The phagocytosed digestive outer membrane was transplanted in the transplanted cells 90 days after operation, suggesting that the transplanted cells are exercising their metabolic function. RPE transplantation was successful, in order to further study the growth, function and immune response of transplanted RPE cells and lay the foundation for clinical application.
