以中医药文化中的“仁、和、精、诚”思想为立足点,结合中职卫校利用中医药文化加强校园文化建设与学生管理的具体实践,探讨如何将中医药文化与学生管理有机结合,创新和丰富中职生人文素质教育方法。文章认为,将中医药文化精髓融入中职生人文素质教育,通过开展形式多样的中医药文化活动,推崇仁者爱人、济世救人的道德情操,倡导团结互助、和睦相处的人际关系,树立精研医道、诚笃修习的专业思想,恪守清廉洁爱、诚实守信的做人准则,对于促进实现学生管理与人文教育融合,培养和提高中职生人文素质具有积极意义。
