硼对小麦生殖器官形态及解剖结构的影响

用溶液培养方法研究硼对小麦生殖器官形态及解剖结构的影响。结果表明 :(1)缺硼严重影响小麦穗的分化 ,在一定施硼范围内 ,总小穗数和有效小穗数随硼施用量增加而增多 ;(2 )缺硼严重影响小麦雄蕊发育。无硼 (B0 处理 )条件下 ,少数雄蕊不发育 ,多数虽发育 ,但体积极小 ,造孢细胞有丝分裂阶段出现异常 ,细胞内有多核现象 ,减数分裂后 ,花粉囊与绒毡层均畸形 ,内容物空虚 ,花粉母细胞开始融合 ,开花时几乎无花粉粒。严重缺硼处理 (B0 .3)有的花药畸形 ,瘦小萎缩 ,花粉败育多数停留在小孢子阶段 ;(3)缺硼对雌蕊发育的影响有待进一步研究 Effect of Boron on Morphological and Anatomical Structure of Wheat Genital Organs by Solution Culture. The results showed that: (1) Boron deficiency seriously affected the spike differentiation of wheat, and the number of spikelets and effective spikelets increased with the increase of boron application in a certain range of boron application. (2) The boron deficiency seriously affected the stamen development in wheat. Without boron (B0 treatment) conditions, a few stamens are not developed, although the majority of the development, but the volume is very small, abnormal stage of mitotic stage of sporozoites, intracellular multi-nuclear phenomenon, meiosis, pollen sac and tapetum deformity , Empty content, pollen mother cells began to fusion, almost pollen grains at flowering.
