MMH钻井液与负电荷多的传统降滤失剂(如CMC-LV、PAC-142)配伍会丧失其独特的流变性,与负电荷少的降滤失剂配伍则影响其抑制性,为此研究出一种两性离子聚合物降滤失剂HY-1。HY-1的护胶能力强,对钻井液的抑制性影响小,而且其自身能产生一定的结构,保持钻井液的流变性。室内实验研究了HY-1加量、分子量对MMH钻井液滤失量、流变性的影响,HY-1对泥饼质量的影响。结果表明,HY-1适于与MMH钻井液配伍,分子量应适当,太大和太小都不利于保持钻井液的独特流变性。

The effects of HY-1 dosage and molecular weight on the filtration loss and rheological properties of MMH drilling fluid and the effect of HY-1 on the quality of mud cake were investigated experimentally in laboratory. The results show that HY-1 is suitable for compatibility with MMH drilling fluid, molecular weight should be appropriate, too large and too small are not conducive to maintaining the unique rheological drilling fluid.
