微课是一种新型教学资源,对于它在教学方面的相关研究成果众多,但对其在企业培训上的应用研究颇少。实际上,微课作为一种短小精趣且以视频为载体的教学资源,能够很好地满足企业各个层次的成员进行个性化学习与碎片化学习的需求,从而缩小高层与底层的知识能力差距以提高企业的整体素质和实力。笔者将从培训微课目标的分析、内容的确定、教学过程与可用性分析、制作方式的选择以及审核评价几个方面展开论述。
