双圆盾构(DOT)具有地下空间占用少、施工效率高、经济效益好等优点,在国内已有成功应用实例,但如何控制施工过程中产生的地层沉降一直是个技术难题。本论文针对某双圆盾构隧道施工过程中引起地表沉降过大问题,通过多个断面地表沉降测量和分层沉降监测,结合双圆盾构实际施工参数和现场调研结果对双圆盾构沉降机理开展研究。文章揭示了在软土地层中,盾尾注浆是控制双圆盾构施工引起的地层沉降的关键,并提出了注浆设备改造及工艺改造要求。
Double Circular Shield (DOT) has the advantages of less underground space occupation, high construction efficiency and good economic benefits, and has been successfully applied in China. However, how to control the formation settlement during construction has been a technical problem. In this dissertation, aiming at the problem of surface subsidence during the construction of a double-decker shield tunnel, the settlement measurement and settlement monitoring of multiple cross sections are carried out. Based on the actual construction parameters of the double circle shield and the field investigation results, Mechanism to carry out research. The article reveals that in the soft ground strata, the shield tail grouting is the key to controlling the strata settlement caused by the construction of DOUB shield. And the requirements of the grouting equipment reformation and process modification are put forward.
