以“早霞玫瑰”葡萄为试材,采用单次和二次的施用赤霉素(GA3)与氯吡脲(CPPU)方式,研究了不同浓度GA3与CPPU对“早霞玫瑰”葡萄无核率及果实品质的影响。结果表明:不同浓度GA3与CPPU处理“早霞玫瑰”葡萄后,均提高了果实的无核率,开花前3d施药处理优于盛花期,其中处理Ⅳ(开花前3d施用GA350mg/L,花后2周施GA330mg/L+CPPU 5mg/L)无核率达到100%;二次施药后单果重、果粒纵横径以处理Ⅲ(开花前3d施GA330mg/L,花后2周施GA330mg/L+CPPU 5mg/L)效果最佳,可溶性固形物以处理Ⅱ(开花前3d施GA310mg/L,花后2周施GA330mg/L+CPPU 5mg/L)效果最佳;结合果实品质综合考虑,以处理Ⅲ效果最佳,其无核率为96.67%、单果重为7.66g,可溶性固形物为16.4%。
The effects of different concentrations of GA3 and CPPU on the early morning roses and the early autumn roses were studied by using single and double application of gibberellin (GA3) and clopidogrel (CPPU) “Grape seedless rate and the impact of fruit quality.
