本调查分析是为配合国家卫生部开展的全国社区卫生服务利用者满意度状况调查,同时使上海市松江区卫生局了解卫生综合改革后,居民对社区卫生服务的满意度情况,并总结经验,发现问题和不足,以不断改进和提高松江社区卫生服务水平所做。本调查采用随机抽样的方法,在上海市松江区社区卫生服务机构中随机抽取4所社区卫生服务中心和4所社区卫生服务站,应用卫生部设计的调查问卷进行实地调研。通过调研得出结论,松江区社区卫生服务机构基本得到了居民的认可和肯定,社区卫生服务基本能够满足居民的卫生服务需求。当然,社区居民对社区卫生服务机构的满意程度仍然存在较大的提升空间。
This investigation and analysis is in line with the state health department to carry out surveys on the satisfaction of users of community health services in the country, while the Shanghai Songjiang District Health Bureau understand the health reform, the residents satisfaction with community health services, and sum up experience, Identify problems and deficiencies in order to continuously improve and enhance community health service levels in Songjiang. The survey uses random sampling method to randomly select 4 community health service centers and 4 community health service stations in the community health service agencies of Songjiang District in Shanghai and conduct field research using the questionnaire designed by the Ministry of Health. Through the investigation and conclusion, community health service agencies in Songjiang District have basically been approved and affirmed by residents, and community health services can basically meet the residents’ health service needs. Of course, there is still room for improvement in community residents’ satisfaction with community health service agencies.
