预拌混凝土搅拌站试验室作为企业的核心部门相对独立存在着,其技术质量管理水平直接体现了企业的服务水平。基于PDCA法则的试验室技术质量管理体系是实现对混凝土质量管理的重要手段,本文结合厦门天润锦龙建材有限公司试验室管理体系阐述了PDCA方法在试验室管理体系中的应用。
Ready-mixed concrete mixing plant laboratory as the core of the business sector relatively independent existence of its technical quality management directly reflects the level of service. Based on the PDCA rule of laboratory technology quality management system is to achieve an important means of quality management of concrete, this paper combined Xiamen Tianrun Kam Lung Building Materials Co., Ltd. Laboratory Management System elaborated the PDCA method in the laboratory management system.
