煤炭企业生产经营高危性、国有性和支柱性能源产业的位置,使得思想政治工作具有重要的价值和意义,本文认为煤炭企业的思想政治工作应该以安全生产教育为首要地位。本文的内容分为两个部分,一是分析了煤炭企业思想政治工作的特点,结合了煤炭企业生产特点和当前煤炭企业深化改革的背景,二是着重分析了煤炭企业思想政治工作的作用,指出了思想政治工作对于煤炭企业来说具有重要战略价值和意义。
The position of high-risk, state-owned and pillar industries in coal production and operation makes the ideological and political work of great value and significance. This paper argues that the ideological and political work of coal enterprises should take safety education as the most important position. The content of this article is divided into two parts.
