查本院1993年2284名门诊患者服苯二氮类药物（BZD）情况．显示BZD在临床应用广泛（占44．83％），有明显滥用趋势，产生躯体依赖者占33．98％、精神依赖者占46．48％。本文对BZD滥用成瘾原因、心理持征进行分析，以减少医源性成瘾。 Check the hospital in 1993 2284 outpatients serving benzodiazepines (BZD) situation.
