本文在复摆颚式破碎机摆动特性和物料流动状态的定量分析基础上,建立了破碎腔形的设计模型及相应的优化方法。并以PE-400复摆颚式破碎机为例,给出了优化后的腔形。
In this paper, based on the quantitative analysis of swinging characteristics and material flowing state of compound pendulum jaw crusher, the design model of crushing cavity and the corresponding optimization method are established. Taking PE-400 compound pendulum jaw crusher as an example, the optimized cavity shape is given.
