[目的]研究土壤重金属Pb污染下丛枝菌根真菌(Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi,AMF)对旱稻生长的影响。[方法]采用盆栽实验的方法,研究了不同土壤Pb处理水平(0,300,600 mg/kg)下,接种Glomus mosseae下旱稻(Oryzal Sativa L.)的生长效应。[结果]接种处理下,旱稻根系侵染率随着土壤Pb含量增加而显著降低(P<0.05)。与未接种处理相比,接种处理显著提高300 mg/kg Pb处理下旱稻生物量以及地下部分Pb含量,却显著降低了地上部分Pb含量,这与接种处理显著降低了R/S值的结果一致(P<0.05);600 mg/kg Pb处理下,接种显著提高了地下部分生物量(P<0.05),却显著降低了旱稻地上部分以及地下部分Pb含量(P<0.05),接种处理与未接种处理下R/S值差异不明显。[结论]该研究表明在一定的土壤Pb处理下接种Glomus mosseae可以在一定程度上缓解Pb对Oryzal Sativa L.的毒害作用。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the effects of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF) on the growth of upland rice under heavy metal Pb pollution. [Method] The pot experiment was conducted to study the growth effects of Oryzal Sativa L. under Glomus mosseae inoculated with Pb at different treatments (0, 300 and 600 mg / kg). [Result] Under inoculation, the root infection rate of Upland rice decreased significantly with the increase of soil Pb (P <0.05). Compared with the non-inoculation treatment, the inoculation treatment significantly increased the biomass of the upland rice and the Pb content in the underground part under the treatment of 300 mg / kg Pb, but significantly reduced the Pb content in the aerial part, which was consistent with the result of significantly reducing the R / S value (P <0.05). Under the treatment of 600 mg / kg Pb, inoculation significantly increased the biomass of underground part (P <0.05), but significantly reduced the content of Pb in aerial part and underground part of upland rice (P <0.05) There was no obvious difference in R / S value under inoculation. [Conclusion] This study showed that inoculation of Glomus mosseae with certain soil Pb treatment could alleviate the toxic effect of Pb on Oryzal Sativa L. to a certain extent.
